DispenseOS is designed to help dispensary operators connect operational systems, upload business records, and generate intelligence across labor, finance, marketing, and trust monitoring.

We collect account details, workspace setup information, connected integration metadata, uploaded business files, and derived analytics required to operate the service. Sensitive credentials and tokens should be stored securely and limited to the minimum access required for each provider connection.

Workspace data is intended to remain tenant-scoped. Operators should only access the organizations and locations they are authorized to manage. Audit trails, support diagnostics, and trust indicators may be retained to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

Until full production security hardening is complete, customers should treat the current application as pilot-grade infrastructure rather than a final compliance posture. Formal retention, deletion, subprocessors, and incident response commitments should be expanded before broad public launch.
