Terms of Service

Effective April 17, 2026

DispenseOS provides software for business intelligence, workflow recommendations, integration management, and operational analysis. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of uploaded records, connected systems, and business decisions taken from the platform’s outputs.

Pilot and pre-launch environments may include staged integrations, notification scaffolding, and evolving automation behavior. Unless separately agreed, the service should not be treated as a substitute for legal, accounting, payroll, tax, or regulatory advice.

Customers are responsible for maintaining authorized access to the systems they connect, for assigning appropriate workspace roles, and for reviewing trust indicators before taking consequential actions.

Before broad public launch, these terms should be expanded to cover payment terms, subscription mechanics, service levels, limitation of liability, data processing obligations, and regulated-industry disclosures.
